The location, nestled in a serene neighborhood near the city center, was charming and safe. the grand facade and well-maintained surroundings set a sophisticated tone. the interior design of my apartment, situated on the top floor, was tasteful and well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay akin to a stylish Spanish home. The hotel staff, though minimal due to limited hours, were accommodating and efficient in addressing any concerns, like sorting out parking and providing daily housekeeping. the option of contacting staff through messaging apps was a modern touch. However, the price point was a notable drawback. Despite the apartment's design and amenities, the discrepancy between the pre-booked rate and the on-the-day price felt excessive. the early check-out time detracted from the overall value proposition. While the Royal Suite exudes luxury and comfort, potential guests may find the cost-benefit ratio leaning towards the higher end. Those seeking a design-forward stay with proximity to Santander's attractions may appreciate the hotel, but mindful consideration of the pricing dynamics and room turnover policies is advisable.
